The free shuttle is called the Duval Loop. There are a total of 14 stops along the loop. Each of the stops has a map of the entire Loop. Probably any of the hotels will be able to tell you the closest stop for the loop. It is very convenient. There is no need for a ticket or passes. This is a hop-on-hop-off bus.

We parked behind Two Friends restaurant & bar. $20 but they give it back if you eat there. Close to the Duval street headwaters. But for the most part we Uber'd back and forth from our hotel on the Atlantic side for convenience. There are parking garages at the marina but it just depends on how much you want to walk and burn time when you could be enjoying the scene. Parking $20 +? Uber $10
