A lively street that reminds us of Bourbon Street in New Orleans. There are Bars, and Shops and Patios of course. Life in the Keys is different than on the Main Land. .More relaxed, people drive slow… Full review by Travel25346533585

We took a stroll down this street several times on our trip. It is a must see if you are in the area. It has neat shopping areas and several bars. Full review by Mistytravels881

The tour guide told us there there are about 150 bars, just on Duval Street. Most of them have big screen televisions going non-stop, and they are crazy for all of the sports, including ice hockey, with one of the big bars having all sorts of ice hockey memorabilia on their walls (in a city that rarely dips below 80 degrees!). I forget which one, but search TripAdvisor photos of the bars in the old downtown and you will see hockey stuff all over the walls. You could also ask in the bars once you arrive and narrow it down in minutes.

The free shuttle is called the Duval Loop. There are a total of 14 stops along the loop. Each of the stops has a map of the entire Loop. Probably any of the hotels will be able to tell you the closest stop for the loop. It is very convenient. There is no need for a ticket or passes. This is a hop-on-hop-off bus.

We parked behind Two Friends restaurant & bar. $20 but they give it back if you eat there. Close to the Duval street headwaters. But for the most part we Uber'd back and forth from our hotel on the Atlantic side for convenience. There are parking garages at the marina but it just depends on how much you want to walk and burn time when you could be enjoying the scene. Parking $20 +? Uber $10
