An aerial view shows two parking garages on N 13th Street just a short walk from The White House/Museum of the Confederacy. Would these two lots be the best parking facilities ? Also would there be a GPS for either lot?

We share a parking deck with the VCU Medical Center. The entrance to the parking deck is located on 12th St, though when you come back up to the top floor of the deck after parking, you will be right across the street from the White House and Museum. We validate parking, so there is no charge. We're about 4 blocks from Capitol Square, so you can certainly visit us first and then explore downtown Richmond on foot from there. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
We went on a Sunday, and parked in the adjoining hospital lot (which is allowed). I think parking would certainly be an issue on any other day, as it is in a very congested area
