Eastbound I-70 will be closed between exit 114 for West Glenwood and exit 133 for Dotsero until at least 2 p.m., according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

The rockslide was reported mid-morning on U.S. Highway 40, west of Steamboat Springs, not only shutting down the highway, but causing CDOT to delay cleanup on I-70 in Glenwood Canyon from a separate incident.

A large rockslide closed both directions of Highway 40 near Milner in Routt County on Wednesday morning. The Colorado State Patrol said there were no injuries in the rockslide. CSP said Highway 40 will be under an extended closure.
